By accessing or placing an order through pepform.co.uk (the "Site"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this Site or purchase any products from it.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Pepform in relation to your use of this Site and supersede all previous agreements, representations, or understandings.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Research Use Only — Important Disclaimer

All compounds and chemical products sold by Pepform are intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not medicines, supplements, or approved for human or animal consumption under any circumstances.

By completing a purchase of any compound from this Site, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You are purchasing the product exclusively for legitimate scientific research purposes in a controlled, professional laboratory environment.
  • You are a qualified researcher, scientist, chemist, or industry professional with the appropriate knowledge and facilities to handle such compounds safely.
  • The products are not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, or any medical purpose.
  • You will not use, administer, or encourage the use of any compound purchased from Pepform in or on any human being or animal.
  • You understand and accept all risks associated with handling research-grade compounds and will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
  • Pepform bears no responsibility whatsoever for any misuse of products sold through this Site.

Any order placed on this Site is understood to be made under these conditions. Pepform reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where there is reasonable cause to believe the products will not be used for legitimate research purposes.

Eligibility & Age Verification

You must be 18 years of age or older to access this Site and purchase any products. By proceeding past the age verification gate, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Pepform reserves the right to request proof of age or professional credentials at any time. Orders may be cancelled and refunded if we are unable to verify eligibility.

By using this Site, you also confirm that you are not located in a jurisdiction where the purchase, possession, or use of any product listed on this Site would be unlawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction before placing an order.

Products & Descriptions

Pepform makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing are accurate at the time of publication. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this Site are complete, accurate, or error-free.

All compounds are supplied in lyophilised (freeze-dried) form unless otherwise stated. Vial sizes and concentrations are as described on the individual product listing. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is provided with every compound order. Select products also carry third-party endotoxin certification — this is indicated clearly on the product listing.

Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. In the event that a product you have ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you and offer a full refund.

Accessories sold on this Site (including but not limited to pens, vials, filters, cartridges, and cases) are general-purpose laboratory and medical-grade accessories. Their sale does not constitute medical advice or endorsement of any particular protocol or use.

Ordering & Payment

All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by Pepform. Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.

All prices displayed on the Site are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Pepform reserves the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. Pepform does not store your card details. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment details you provide are your own and that sufficient funds are available.

Pepform reserves the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, ineligibility, or product unavailability.

Section 06

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. Orders placed before 2:00pm GMT on working days are typically dispatched the same day. Delivery timescales are estimates only and Pepform cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

All orders are sent via tracked shipping. You will receive a tracking reference upon dispatch. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

Pepform is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

All products are dispatched in discreet, plain packaging. Compounds are shipped with appropriate temperature-controlled packaging where required.

International orders: It is your responsibility to ensure that the importation of any product you order is lawful in your destination country. Pepform accepts no liability for orders seized, delayed, or destroyed by customs authorities.

Section 07

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of the products sold — particularly research compounds — we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items. This is for safety, integrity, and regulatory reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing support@pepform.co.uk with photographic evidence. We will assess each case individually and, where a valid claim is established, offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Unopened accessories may be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original, undamaged packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Limitation of Liability

Pepform's total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total value of that order. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from your use of our products or Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pepform expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the products sold on this Site, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

Pepform accepts no liability whatsoever for:

  • Any harm, injury, illness, or death arising from the misuse or improper handling of any product purchased from this Site.
  • Any use of products for human or animal consumption in contravention of these Terms.
  • Loss or damage arising from inaccurate information provided by the customer at the time of ordering.
  • Any regulatory or legal consequences arising from the purchase, possession, or use of products in jurisdictions where such products are restricted or prohibited.
  • Any loss of data, revenue, profits, or opportunity arising from use of, or inability to use, this Site.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product names (including KLOW™ and Wolverine™), images, and design, is the property of Pepform and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express written permission.

Privacy & Data

Pepform is committed to protecting your personal data. We collect and process personal information in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Data we collect includes your name, email address, delivery address, and payment information (processed securely by our payment provider — we do not store card details).

We use your data solely to process and fulfil your orders, communicate with you regarding your purchases, and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
