Research Use Only — Fundamental Condition of Sale. All products supplied by Pepform (operated by Oplex Ltd) are intended strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. They are not medicines. They are not intended for, and must not be used for, human consumption, veterinary use, therapeutic application, or any form of bodily introduction. This is a non-negotiable condition of purchase. Any customer found to be purchasing products for personal use will have their order cancelled and account permanently suspended.

We supply research-grade compounds and laboratory accessories for in-vitro research purposes only. We do not operate as a pharmaceutical company, pharmacy, or healthcare provider.
By placing an order with Pepform, the purchaser explicitly confirms and warrants that:
Breach of these conditions constitutes grounds for immediate order cancellation, account suspension, and — where Pepform becomes aware of misuse — may be reported to relevant authorities.
Pepform does not supply any compound scheduled under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971. All compounds in our range are, as of the date of these terms, unscheduled research reagents. It is the purchaser's responsibility to verify the legal status of compounds in their jurisdiction before ordering.
Pepform operates within the Research Use Only (RUO) framework. Our compounds are supplied as laboratory reagents, not medicines. We do not hold a Marketing Authorisation from the MHRA. Our products are not supplied for human medicinal use and we do not make any medicinal claims.
Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all import and export regulations applicable in their country. Pepform currently dispatches within the United Kingdom only.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Pepform reserves the right to refuse any order at its absolute discretion without obligation to provide a reason. Pricing is displayed at the time of ordering and is inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept major debit and credit cards. Bank transfer is available for wholesale orders by prior arrangement.
Orders confirmed before 2pm on working days are dispatched same day. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. All orders are dispatched with tracked courier services. Risk in the goods passes to the purchaser upon dispatch. Pepform is not liable for delays caused by the courier or circumstances outside our control.
Due to the research-grade nature of our compounds, returns are not accepted once products have been dispatched unless goods are demonstrably defective or incorrectly supplied. Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. Pepform will, at its discretion, offer a replacement or refund for valid defective product claims.
The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods or goods liable to deteriorate rapidly, which includes lyophilised research compounds.
Pepform provides independent third-party Certificates of Analysis (COA) for all compounds where available. COAs are issued by accredited third-party laboratories (BTLabs and Janoshik Analytical) and confirm purity, identity, and potency within specification. COAs are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute a warranty of fitness for any particular research purpose.

We collect personal information solely for the purpose of processing orders and communicating with customers. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Email addresses collected via our newsletter signup are used only for Pepform communications. You may unsubscribe at any time. Our data handling is governed by UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Pepform reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be published on this page with the date of last update. Continued use of the site following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
